Challenge
A consulting team that sells its time by the hour, so every hour spent on marketing was an hour not billed. The website did not change once it was live, social media went quiet between projects, ads were never properly tested, footage stayed unedited, and clients asked for updates nobody had time to write.
What we built
Five agents in one system. A website agent that deploys changes, watches analytics, heatmaps and monitoring, and recommends what to change for more conversions. A social agent that writes the marketing plan, creates the content, publishes it and reads the results. An ads agent that researches the competition, plans the campaigns, makes the creatives, publishes them on Meta and A/B tests them. A video agent that writes the scenario, then cuts, edits, captions and scores the footage the team records. And an internal agent that keeps clients up to date on the progress of their project.
Result
The website changes based on what visitors do, not on guesses. Posts and ads go out every week without anyone pushing them. The team records with a script in hand and gets back a finished clip. Clients hear about progress before they have to ask.
