Terms and conditions
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms cover this website, the thelooma platform and the AI agent services we provide. A written offer, agreement or data processing agreement signed with Hazel Labs takes precedence where it says something different.
1. Who we are
thelooma is a service of HAZEL LABS, računalniško programiranje, d.o.o., Litostrojska cesta 42B, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Company registration number: 9041265000. VAT ID: SI33997250.
Every client agreement and invoice comes from Hazel Labs d.o.o. You can reach us at info@thelooma.io.
2. What we provide
We configure the thelooma platform around a client’s business, connect agreed accounts and train the team. The platform brings together Sales, Social, Ads, Video and Landing Page agents, shared business knowledge, review and approval flows, and one dashboard. Optional connections can include Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack and third-party business accounts.
Depending on the agreed setup, agents can research public information, prepare content and campaigns, create media and pages, draft sales material, and carry out approved actions in connected services. The exact scope, price, dates, integrations, approval rules and support are agreed in writing.
Prices on this site exclude VAT. Platform access is arranged with us and is not offered through self-serve checkout. Published prices and features are information, not a binding offer. Anything described as planned or coming later is a statement of intent, not a promise to deliver it on a date.
3. Accounts, integrations and approvals
A client is responsible for its authorised users, for keeping access details secure and for promptly removing access that is no longer needed. The client confirms that it has authority to connect every account, website, mailbox, advertising account and other service it asks us to use.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability and charges. A client may disconnect an integration, but doing so may stop the related feature from working.
The client decides who may approve work and which actions may run without a separate approval. Hazel Labs may access a workspace when needed to configure the service, provide support, investigate security or comply with law. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes.
4. AI outputs and client responsibility
AI-generated and researched material can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. The platform helps with work, but it does not replace the client’s judgement. The client must review important facts, claims, recipients, permissions, prices, budgets and commitments before they are published, sent or put live.
The client is responsible for the lawful basis for using contact data and for complying with marketing, advertising, consumer, intellectual property and sector-specific rules that apply to its activity. A found email address is not permission to contact someone.
We do not guarantee sales, advertising performance, search ranking, visibility in AI answers or any other business result.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website, platform or agents to:
- break the law, deceive or impersonate someone, harass people, or infringe privacy or intellectual property rights
- send unlawful or unsolicited communications, upload material you have no right to use, or evade a platform’s safety or access controls
- attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, probe security, or interfere with the service or other users
- use automated access at a rate that degrades the website or platform for others
6. What belongs to whom
The text, design, illustrations, film and code of this site belong to Hazel Labs d.o.o. The client names and logos shown in the case studies belong to those clients and appear with their agreement.
A client keeps its rights in the material and data it provides. Rights in deliverables, reusable components, platform software and third-party material are set out in the written agreement. Nothing on this page transfers ownership of the platform or promises permanent access after an agreement ends.
7. Enquiries and booking a call
You can send an enquiry through the website. We use it to answer you and prepare a proposal. Sending a form does not enrol you in an automated sales sequence.
Calls are booked through Calendly, a third-party service. What you type into the booking form goes to Calendly and to us. Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that step.
A booked call is a conversation. Nothing is owed by either side until a written offer has been accepted.
8. Guides and other content
The guides on this site are written from our own client work. They are general information, not advice for your particular situation, and we do not promise any result from following them.
9. Availability and changes
We try to keep the website and platform available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, third-party outages, security work and changes to connected services can interrupt features.
We may improve, replace or remove features. If a material change affects paid work already agreed, the written agreement governs what happens next.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent unlawful or harmful use, address overdue payment or comply with law. We will give notice where the circumstances allow it.
The written agreement sets out cancellation, offboarding, data return or deletion, and any charges due when service ends.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hazel Labs d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or platform, including lost profit, lost business or loss caused by a third-party service.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top is the last change. For work already under way, the version that applies is the one referenced in your signed agreement.
13. Governing law
Slovenian law governs these terms, and the courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rules that give you a different forum.
14. Contact
For legal or contractual questions, write to info@thelooma.io. You can also book a call or message us on WhatsApp at +386 31 503 127.
