Live in 14 days: how AI implementation works for a small business

What 'live in 14 days' means in practice: the day-by-day timeline of an AI implementation for a small business, your part in it, and what slows it down.

“Live in 14 days” means that 14 days after kickoff, your setup is running in production for your company: the Sales Agent is preparing individual approaches, social posts are being published, ads are spending, and videos and landing pages are being made, and you can see all of it in your dashboard. Not a demo. Not a slide deck. Not a pilot that needs another meeting.

We publish the timeline because most AI implementations for a small business fail on vagueness, not on technology. Nobody knows what “done” looks like, so it is never done. This guide walks through every step of the 14 days, what you do on each, and how much of your time it takes.

What “live” means, precisely

Live means three things are true at the same time:

  • The agents are producing real output to real people: approaches to real prospects, posts on your real accounts, ads running on your real ad account.
  • Every piece of that output was approved by you in the dashboard before it went out.
  • The dashboard shows what has been sent, published and spent, so you can check any morning without asking us.

If any of the three is missing, it is not live. A working demo with sample data is a demo. A campaign we run from our own accounts is a service you rent. Live means it runs on your accounts, with your sign-off, visibly.

The timeline, day by day

This is the same 14-day plan we publish on the homepage, with your part added.

Step What happens Your part Your time
Day 0 Free teardown, 30 minutes Tell us how you win customers today 30 min
Days 1 to 4 We learn your business and connect accounts Answer questions, grant access About 2 to 3 hours
Days 5 to 9 Build and approval Review, edit, approve About 1 to 2 hours
Days 10 to 14 Go live Watch the dashboard, answer replies About 20 min a day
Then Handover Walkthrough with your team About 1 hour

Day 0: the teardown

Before anything is paid, we spend 30 minutes on a call looking at how you win customers today and where the biggest leak is. You leave with a written one-page growth plan: how the agents fit your business, what the setup includes, and what it costs for your case. You decide with that in hand.

Days 1 to 4: we learn your business

This is where the shared memory gets built. Your offer, your best customers and why they bought, the objections you hear, your brand, your tone, and who signs off on what. We connect the accounts the agents need: your email, your social profiles, your ad account, your CRM if you have one. Nothing is published in this phase. Your part is one long conversation and a few access grants.

Days 5 to 9: build and approval

The agents produce the actual work: researched company accounts and individual first approaches, a content plan with posts and graphics, ad sets with creatives, videos and landing pages. All of it lands in your dashboard for review. You edit what sounds off and approve what sounds like you. Every message that will ever go out has your sign-off, and the edits you make teach the agents your preferences for the next round.

Days 10 to 14: go live

Your setup runs. The dashboard shows what has been sent, published and spent. When a prospect replies, you take the conversation. When a post gets a comment, you see it. This is the first week where the system is doing your work while you do your job.

Then: handover

We walk your team through the system, hand over written playbooks, and hand over the accounts, workflows and configurations. You know how everything is set up and why.

Why 14 days is possible

Three reasons, none of them magic.

The agents already exist and already run for clients. We do not build software from scratch for you. We configure and train agents that are in production, on your company. What takes time is the learning phase, and that is measured in days, not months. If you want to understand what an agent is and how it differs from a chat window, read AI agents vs ChatGPT for a small company.

The scope is fixed before you pay. The teardown sets what your setup includes and the delivery date, so day 14 is a date we plan to, not a hope.

Your part is bounded. A handful of hours over two weeks, most of it in the first four days. We plan around your calendar, not the other way around.

What slows it down

Every delay we have seen comes from one of three things.

Access. The ad account belongs to a former agency. The email domain is managed by a cousin. Nobody remembers the LinkedIn password. Sort this out before day 1 and the schedule holds.

An unclear offer. If you cannot say in two sentences who you sell to and what they get, the agents cannot either. The teardown usually surfaces this, and we fix it in the first days, but it costs time.

Nobody who can approve. If the person who signs off is travelling for a week, days 5 to 9 stretch. Name one person who can approve, and a backup.

What to have ready before day 1

  • Logins or admin access for: email, social accounts, ad account, CRM, website.
  • Your offer in two sentences, and a list of your ten best customers.
  • Ten questions or objections you hear most often.
  • Examples of how you write: a proposal, a few emails, a post you liked.
  • One person who approves, and a backup.
  • Two hours blocked in your calendar in the first four days.

How the pricing tiers fit

Every paid tier now includes the full platform, all five agents and unlimited work. Solo founder is €1,500 setup plus €150 per month. Teams and companies starts at €4,500 setup plus monthly pricing based on team size, channels and integrations. The free teardown gives a team its exact quote and delivery date. Both tiers are explained on the pricing page.

What happens after launch

The system settles into a weekly loop. The agents prepare the next batch: new prospects and follow-ups, next week’s posts, ad changes. You approve in the dashboard. They execute. You read the dashboard when you want to, and you answer the replies that need a human.

If you would rather not open the dashboard, approvals in Slack can be set up with you on request, so a batch arrives where you already are. The five agents share the same memory of your company throughout, so month three sounds at least as much like you as week one, and usually more, because your edits accumulate.

What to do this week

  • Write your offer in two sentences and read it to someone outside the company.
  • List every account the agents would need and find out who has admin access.
  • Collect the ten questions and objections you hear most.
  • Decide who approves and who is the backup.
  • Note which jobs take most of your week today. The teardown starts from that list.
